Join us for this exclusive event to meet the grower behind one of England’s most celebrated sparkling wines

Sit down with a guest speaker from Ambriel wines and learn more about the process that goes into growing their Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vines in West Sussex, which are handpicked and turned into proper English sparkling wine.

Executive chef Adam Harper has built a three course menu with ingredients from the estate, including Chatsworth Estate venison, Chatsworth Farm Lamb, and Ladybower trout from the Upper Derwent Valley, with each dish paired with an Ambriel wine introduced by our guest speaker.

£89 per person, inclusive of wine pairing and canapés on arrival.
